Find your Temu order number and the date you ordered, and take a few photos if an item is the issue. The checklist on the Temu support page helps.
The call
A person answers at any hour. You describe the problem. We ask a few questions and then explain your options, simplest first.
Shaping your request
We help you write a short request and decide what to attach. Clear requests with good evidence are easier for anyone to review.
Afterwards
You send the request to Temu from your own account. If something changes or looks different on screen, ring again. There is no cutoff.
What never happens
- We never ask for your password or a code.
- We never pretend to be Temu.
- We never promise a refund.
